YOUR VOICE ON
CAPITOL HILL
Judy will stand up for what is right on Utah's Capitol Hill. As a sponsor and leader for the Utah 2019 Tax Referendum, Judy knows that your voice matters.
As your Representative for House District 30, Judy will uphold conservative principles, defend parental rights, and protect small businesses and working families.
MY PRINCIPLES

We lead in so many ways, but we must continually fight for our conservative values and principles.
CONSERVATIVE
PRINCIPLES

I don't push from behind. I will take the lead of the people I represent to ensure their values are upheld at the legislature.
LEADERSHIP BY THE PEOPLE

Perhaps more than ever in our lifetimes, our state needs to be a strong, hopeful, and shining example to other states.
CITY ON A HILL

ABOUT JUDY
Growing up on a farm in Wyoming taught Judy the value of hard work and the satisfaction of completing difficult tasks. After graduation started a career with Mountain Bell Telephone and Telegraph as a telephone operator working closely with union leadership and its members.
Utah became Judy's home in 1983 when her employer transferred her. She quickly became involved in many community activities. Judy fell in love with Utah, her neighbors, and everything our state has to offer our residents.
Judy made sure she was an active part in providing her son an excellent education, and she became involved in PTA and other organizations. She soon found herself elected to the Granite School Board. She then went on to become the Executive Director for ART Works for Kids, a program established by Beverley Taylor Sorenson that instills the Arts into classrooms.
